Processing & Shipping Times

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Estimated delivery times:
  • Greece: 1-3 business days
  • EU Countries: 5-10 business days
  • International Orders: 7-14 business days

Shipping Costs

• Greece: Flat rate €3.00
  • Free shipping for orders over €50.00
• EU & International Orders: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Shipping Carriers

• Orders in Greece are shipped via ACS Courier & DHL Express.
• EU & international orders are handled by DHL Express and other reliable couriers.

Customs & Duties

 

• Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties or additional VAT.
• For non-EU orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can track your order through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed or lost, contact us at info@galenicrx.com with your order number.
• If your package arrives damaged, please provide photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
